PARENT INVOLVEMENT/HOMEWORK It is very critical for you to be part of your child's Health and Fitness education. I highly recommend all parents exercise with their children. Some examples are: 1. Walk as a family twice a week for 20 minutes. 2. Ride bicycles together. 3. Jump rope as a family. 4. Jog a few minutes per day. 5. Eat a healthy breakfast. 6. Any event that becomes a lifestyle-enhancing activity.
