General Description: The Health Center provides primary health

care services, by a team of heath

Professionals including health promotion,

health education, illness prevention,

treatment, advocacy, referral and support

services. Participation by clients in the

work of the center is through board and

committee membership, or other volunteer

participation.

Services Offered: Medical services, including physicians,

nurses and nutritionist. Advocacy and

referral services. Health promotion, health

education and supportive counseling.

Community nutrition program. Vietnamese-

Canadian health interpretation services.

Procedure: Call or drop in. Appointment may be

needed for some services.
