Each Friday your child will bring home his/her poem scribbler. We do a new poem each week. Get your child to read the poem to you, making sure that he/she is pointing to each word as he/she reads. Send the scribbler back on Monday.

Also the book that your child brings home, read it over with him/her until he/she can read it confidently. Once again, make sure that he/she is pointing to and looking at each word. He/she will bring the book back to school and read it to the class.

Check and send back your child's message  bag each day.
