This season will see an exciting new change in our league format. Based on the results of the 2010 standings, the 10 teams have been seeded into 2 competitive divisions. These divisions are named after 2 long-standing coaches who were instrumental in guiding the league through the challenging 1980s and early 1990s.

Jeff Clark and Pat Connors have been great educators, teaching science at their respective high schools. Jeff at Cole Harbour and Pat at CP Allen. They have coached many great student athletes in the past 30 years and have produced many championship teams.

Although coaching different schools, they were united in their passion for rugby and spent countless hours trying to grow and develop the sport in the metro area. Their success can be seen in the enormous popularity the sport now experiences in the metro area of Halifax.
