At Astral Drive Junior High School, we believe that quality Physical Education is an integral part of the educational process. Unique to other areas of the school curriculum, Physical Education provides movement-centered and knowledge-based activities for students.  The focus of the Physical Education program is to offer activities in a safe environment that meet the physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs of all students.  Our program focuses on diversified activities which provide students with a wide range of physical skills, and the knowledge necessary to use the skills and maintain fitness for a lifetime of active participation.
