LIBRARY EXPECTATIONS

Please don't reshelve the books. If you take something off the shelf, put it on the book return cart.

Please treat our books, staff, and other library users, with respect.

Find a safe place at home to keep your book.

Keep your books in a grocery bag, in your backpack.

Please don't eat or drink and read at the same time. Food and books don't mix!

Please use a bookmark. Folded corners damage books!

Clean hands mean clean books!

Please return your books on time, and in no worse condition than when you borrowed them.

Ask the librarian if you have any questions!

GRADES PRIMARY AND ONE

Students can check out one book in total.

The loan period is seven days and / or the next library day.

GRADES TWO AND THREE

Students can check out two books in total.

The loan period is seven days and / or the next library day.

GRADES FOUR TO SIX

Students can check out three books in total.

The loan period is seven days and / or the next library day.

GRADES SEVEN TO NINE

Students can check out three books in total.

The loan period is two weeks.

RENEWALS

Books can be renewed up to three times. Please remember to renew your books before they are due.

OVERDUES AND LOST BOOKS

We don't charge overdue fines, but students who have not returned their book(s) won't be able to check out another.

If a book is lost, or damaged beyond repair, students will be charged the full replacement cost.
