I recently came across your site while looking for information about starting a peer mediation program. I teach in a high school in Ohio. The site is fantastic, it is with out a doubt the most usefull thing i have come across. Is there any info or advice you could give me to help get this program off the ground successfully? I am hoping to train about 8 mediators this school year and start the program in the Fall. We are targeting the in coming freshman as clients. I plan to train juniors this year..so they will be seniors in the Fall. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We are having an issue of bullying and would like to be able to use these ideas for implementing a strategy for our neighborhood center.
