Music club takes place on Tuesday's at lunch time. The club this year is made up of students from grade 5 and 6.

The Music Club will be doing a variety of activities in the Orff philosophy of Music Education. I attended the National Orff Conference in Toronto in April of 2006 and was really excited about things I had learned there. Activities will involve poetry, movement, color, drama, instrument ensembles. The belief behind the Orff philosophy of Music Education is that it is for everyone. There is something for everyone.

We will be presenting a few pieces at the Christmas Concert.
