Portfolio Evaluation
Your portfolio will be evaluated using the following criteria. Use the rubric as a checklist to ensure all necessary work has been completed. Obtain a copy of the rubric from your teacher. Be sure to include your names and to self-evaluate each criteria by placing an "X" in the box that best describes your work for each of the criteria listed.
