Introduction

You may or may not know that Canada is divided into 13 political regions. What you probably don't know is that there are 6 physical regions. They are the Atlantic Region, The Great Canadian Shield, The North, The Plains, The Cordillera and the Great Lakes St. Lawrence Region.  Click any of the links below or on the appropriate section of the map to the right to view information on the corresponding region.
