Students will create a PhotoStory3 on one of the following topics: Louisburg, War of 1812, Seven Years War, BNA Act, United Empire Loyalists, Boer War, Underground Railroad, Acadian Expulsion, American War of Independence/Revolution; Black Loyalists; Joseph Brant, Jean Talon

Jesuits, Samuel de Champlain’ Fur Trade, Fenian Raids

 

Students’ presentations should include :

  • at least 5 images

  • at least 3 historically significant points

  • appropriate background music

  • a bibliography with at least 3 sources

 

Submit your completed PhotoStory3 in the Pass/In folder

It should be saved with your name on it, i.e. JesseFurTrade.wmv 
Student products expected PhotoStory3 presentation
Samples (include teacher notes, assessment information, student work if available)  
Logistics (organization, grouping, management issues, access to technology)
  • If fewer computers are available project may be done with partner or in groups

  • Requirements can be adapted for ELL and other students with special needs
