The Scholastic Book Fair was a success. We sold almost $450 worth of product which means the library gets $315 worth of new books. Thanks to all the staff, parents, and students for your support during the fair.

During instructional time all electronic devices are to be stored in student lockers.

At lunch time cell phones may be used outside the school or stored in student lockers. MP3 players and hand held game consoles may be used in the library at lunchtime, provided they do not disturb other students.

On Sept.28th, 2009 the Borrow Anywhere, Return Anywhere initiative was launched in Nova Scotia. You can now borrow from over a hundred libraries across the province, including public, community college and university libraries.  Materials can be returned to any of the participating libraries.  It's free, easy and convenient.  It's your library, everywhere you are. Students may borrow up to 4 items at a time for 2 weeks

Students are expected to be doing something productive in the library that does not disturb other students

Students must show respect for all persons and property

Students are allowed to have drinking water in the library, no other food or drinks are permitted
