Evaluation:
The teacher will be able to assess student progress by correcting the
worksheets and walking around the class as the students are working and taking
notice of their progress and participation in the activity. The reflections will
be read by the teacher and responded to by the teacher. The teacher will be bale
to assess student learning by examining the relevance of the comparisons made
between the two time periods. The teacher should also take notice of the
participation levels in making the Venn diagrams and make a mental note of the
thoughtful and intelligent answers and questions raised by students. The teacher
can then record this as a form of a running record.
