All forms have been sent home and the registration sheet, along with the deposit of $150 needed to be returned no later than November 21st. If the deposit and registration sheets were not returned at that time, the assumption was made that you are no longer interested and your spot has been offered to a wait list student.

Students on the wait list are not required to make any payments until you have confirmation that you are on the regular list, then all payments must be made.

Total Package:                       $875.00 + $90.00        (If purchasing cancellation insurance)

 

Installments:                         

 

Non-refundable Deposit                    $150.00 (+ $90.00)*   November 21, 2011

First Installment                          $182.25                       January 17, 2012

Second Installment                      $182.25                       February 29, 2012

Third Installment                         $182.25                       March 26, 2012

Fourth Installment                       $182.25                       April 27, 2012

 

*Insurance:  Note that the $90.00 cost of the cancellation insurance is non-refundable, and if purchased guarantees you a refund of all other monies, not including fundraising, should you need to pull out for any reason. It also keeps the cost of the trip regulated for the remaining participants.
